As I reflect on the last 20 years of my career, I’m grateful for so many things. From my humble beginnings as a web developer for a local Richmond, VA startup in the mid-nineties to leading Fortune 500 corporate web initiatives, I’ve had an amazing ride with so many wonderful experiences and blessings.

About 10 years ago, I received my “Hello Hammer” and answered the true calling I had on my life: Helping individuals, teams, and organizations discover better versions of themselves . . . AKA an “Agile Coach”.

The industry has gone through some changes over the years. From scaling frameworks, method wars, and certifications for just about everything, our world seems to be getting more complex and difficult to navigate.

This site marks a new beginning for me. After years of consulting and contracting for other large companies, I’ve made the decision to strike out on my own as an independent coach.

I’m nervously excited, but liberated by the notion of building a company and a practice the best way that I know how, and that’s to focus on people and relationships.

My views here are my own, and I know that we won’t always agree or see eye-to-eye, but it’s in that moment that we can truly learn from each other, and hopefully appreciate what makes us different and unique.

Welcome to my little “Agile” corner of the web, and I look forward to co-laboring with you as we endeavor to take our movement back.
