Peter started his long career as a software developer. His experience spans transformations in development technology and practice. He rode the waves from assembler and procedural to object-oriented languages. At the same time development practices evolved from ad hoc to waterfall stage gated to iterative development. Other formative experiences lead Peter to master Lean, Systems Thinking, and Coaching. In addition to his formidable technical and practice consulting and coaching capabilities, Peter has focused on supporting the shift from management to leadership. This shift can unlock intrinsic motivation and growth in the organizations capacity to deliver value. Patrick is an outcome driven professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the technology field that includes 20 years in key leadership roles. In the past thirteen years his focus and experience has been as an Agile Coach. He is a Scrum Foundations Educator and a certified CSM, CSP-SM, CAL-E, CSPO with Scrum Alliance. As well as SAFe SPC 5.1, ICAgile Fundamentals, ATF, ACC Certifications and an authorized trainer. He has partnered with organizations assessing, structuring and coaching them on their journeys towards continuous improvement, high performance, and value delivery.
