He began his journey in the late nineties and was introduced to Rapid Application Development (RAD), which he found refreshing compared to traditional SDLC/Waterfall approaches. In 2005, he encountered his first Scrum project, which transformed his personal and professional life. He has worked with notable clients in various industries, including NASA, DOD, Capital One, and Phillips 66 to name a few. Mark has coached, mentored, and trained over ten thousand professionals and is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with the Scrum Alliance. Mark’s experience guiding global clients in achieving lean-agile enterprises makes him uniquely qualified to deliver end-to-end agile and lean transformations.

Eric Tucker
Eric strongly advocates experiential learning, emphasizing the value of hands-on, immersive experiences that foster long-lasting knowledge. His engaging and impactful classes are designed to facilitate immediate application of newly acquired skills in the workplace. With a diverse background in the industry, Eric brings a wealth of experience to his training sessions. Initially a coder, he transitioned into a waterfall project manager, working in various roles across multiple organizations. In 2004, Eric discovered Scrum and went on to serve as a scrum master, product owner, and coach at various levels before finding his true calling as a trainer. His passion for training is evident to his students, as he delivers it with a combination of real-world experience, expertise, and authenticity.

Peter Caradonna
Peter started his long career as a software developer. His experience spans transformations in development technology and practice. He rode the waves from assembler and procedural to object-oriented languages. At the same time development practices evolved from ad hoc to waterfall stage gated to iterative development. Other formative experiences lead Peter to master Lean, Systems Thinking, and Coaching. In addition to his formidable technical and practice consulting and coaching capabilities, Peter has focused on supporting the shift from management to leadership. This shift can unlock intrinsic motivation and growth in the organizations capacity to deliver value. Peter’s notable clients have included, Fidelity Investments, College Board, Standard and Poors, Los Alamos National Labs, and Yahoo Google. Peter is certifications include SAFe SPC 6, IC Agile Professional Coach, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CSP-CSM, LeSS Basic.

Patrick Sinks
Patrick is an outcome driven professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the technology field that includes 20 years in key leadership roles. In the past thirteen years his focus and experience has been as an Agile Coach. He is a Scrum Foundations Educator and a certified CSM, CSP-SM, CAL-E, CSPO with Scrum Alliance. As well as SAFe SPC 5.1, ICAgile Fundamentals, ATF, ACC Certifications and an authorized trainer. He has partnered with organizations assessing, structuring and coaching them on their journeys towards continuous improvement, high performance, and value delivery. Some of the recognizable clients he has partnered with include Capital One, State Street Bank, TracFone Wireless, NextEra Energy, SWIFT, Wells Fargo, Fidelity and Lowe’s. Patrick is passionate about serving and partnering with teams and organizations.
