And although we will be using Miro, Zoom and personal computers to conduct our virtual classes, we are not Miro, Zoom, Mac or PC support specialists.
We are not able to take valuable class time to answer individual technical support questions for products that we don’t own or support. But we have compiled materials that will help you proactively address the most common technical challenges that occur. They are all below and we strongly recommend you consume all of these materials before the start of class.
Again, we will not consume valuable in-class time to handle tech support issues. Please be respectful to your fellow students and go through all the materials below BEFORE class. Thank you!
