About Great Fish Agility
At Great Fish Agility, we believe transformation begins with people — and with purpose. Our name comes from the biblical story of Jonah and the great fish. In that moment of being swallowed, Jonah found both correction and a new calling. For us, the “Great Fish” is a reminder that God uses seasons of disruption to bring clarity, renewal, and direction.
Founded in 2018 in Chesterfield, Virginia, Great Fish Agility helps organizations, leaders, and communities navigate complexity with courage and faith. In 2022, leadership transitioned with Dr. Shannon Palmer becoming CEO, bringing new vision, energy, and direction while continuing the company’s growth and impact.
We serve businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies — and we feel especially called to walk alongside faith-based organizations, helping them thrive in their mission while stewarding resources wisely.

We don’t just consult — we partner in transformation. Just as Jonah’s story shows, seasons of challenge can be the very moment God uses to realign and propel us forward. Whether serving a Fortune 100 corporation or a small Christian ministry, our goal is the same: to be faithful stewards of the gifts we’ve been entrusted with and to help others do the same.
